Hineni
Video-first casting: ReelRez identity clips in a swipe feed, live audition rooms, applicant pipelines. Web, iOS and Android.
Co-Founder and CTO at Hineni, full time — plus five products founded or built alongside it, from casting to care to seller finance. The common thread: marketplaces where both sides have to be kept happy, real-time video and workflow, and the integrations that hold it together. Architecture through app store, hands on the code.
Talent and producers, patients and providers — supply and demand that each need a different app.
Ingest, transcode, playback feeds and live rooms — the parts that break loudly if the architecture is wrong.
Marketplace, POS and finance APIs reconciled into one model a business can actually trust.
Spec to store review across iOS and Android, with a release cadence that holds.

Licensed aesthetic and longevity treatments, booked to the patient’s door. I own the architecture, the booking engine and the data model behind availability, matching and payouts. Read the case
The TurboTax of personal finance. It reads a person’s real financial picture, computes the next best money move, then teaches it — one sequenced lesson and one two-minute daily case at a time.
Close out your year: raw bank and card statements in, a real P&L out, with a tax assistant that runs on your own machine so the books never leave it. Built solo — ingestion, categorisation, invoices, receipts and reporting.
A private, invite-only home for family history — tree, timeline, gallery and stories, on both the Hebrew and Gregorian calendars. Built solo: product, architecture, front end, storage and media handling.
Pulled orders, fees and ad spend out of e-commerce channels to give sellers a real P&L per SKU and per channel. I built the channel integrations and the reporting engine.
What I took from it: integrations are the product, not plumbing. Read the case
The largest of the five, and the clearest example of how I work end to end — followed by two shorter reads, including the one that didn’t work.
Casting runs on emailed reels, spreadsheets and in-person rooms. Actors wait weeks for a read; producers drown in unsortable submissions.
ReelRez 30-second clips in a swipe discovery feed, live audition rooms, an applicant pipeline board, scheduling and analytics — across web, iOS and Android.
Architecture and front-end build, the video ingest and playback pipeline, real-time audition rooms, vendor selection, and running mobile releases end to end.
Live on web and both app stores, auditions running remotely, and a repeatable release cadence across three surfaces.
In-home aesthetic and longevity care is arranged ad hoc — opaque pricing, and no reliable view of which licensed provider is actually free when.
A two-sided marketplace with a real booking engine: computed availability, instant confirm far ahead, broadcast and first-accept-wins close in — made race-proof in the database.
Architecture, the availability and booking data model, Stripe Connect as merchant of record, and a PHI-free notification design — plus the technical side of the founding team.
Sellers on Amazon, Shopify and Walmart could see revenue but not profit — fees, ad spend and returns lived in separate systems.
Channel integrations feeding a reporting engine that produced true P&L per SKU and per channel.
The company didn’t make it. The integrations were the product, not plumbing — and I under-scoped how much reconciliation logic each new channel really cost. I scope integration work very differently now.
Took a film-collaboration product to mobile without an in-house mobile team: scoped features, held backend and app devs to one contract, ran QA and store submissions. Live in both stores.
POS, web store and Sellercloud each held a different truth. Built the two-way sync for catalog, stock and orders — including failure and retry paths — and rebuilt the storefront front end.
